FAQ
Before anyone starts in our program, regardless of age or previous playing experience, we arrange a grading hit first. This lasts for only a few minutes and allows us to see where someones current tennis abilities are at and where they will be best placed within our program. A grading hit is booked by appointment.
If lessons are ever cancelled due to rain you will be contacted by text message to your phone and a make up class will be run at an alternate date. If you do not receive a text then lessons are on as normal.
If you can't make it to your booked time and day we need notice by 12:00pm on the day of your lesson at the latest for you to be eligible to receive a make up lesson. We allow for 1 make up lesson per person each term when the appropriate notice is given.
All group lessons are 30 minutes long. Private and semi private lessons are 30 minutes also but can be scheduled for longer if required. Squads are 1 1/2 hours and 2 hours long.
There are a maximum of 5 players in a group lesson. This includes Hot Shots lessons.
